安徽合力：拟与控股子公司共同出资设立合力欧洲总部
证券时报e公司讯，安徽合力(600761)5月23日晚间公告，公司与公司控股子公司合力进出口以自有资金共同出资设立合力欧洲总部，总投资金额640万欧元（约700万美元）。其中，本公司投资608万欧元，持股比例95%。同日公告，公司以自有资金投资设立全资子公司合力海外（德国）研发中心，投资金额94万欧元（约100万美元）。
