京沪高铁：股东拟减持公司不超0.19%股份
证券时报e公司讯，京沪高铁(601816)6月13日晚间公告，平安资产管理有限责任公司（简称平安资管）作为受托管理人受托管理的平安资管－建设银行－京沪高铁股权投资计划（以下简称京沪计划）持有公司6.61%股份。平安资管根据京沪计划受益人的减持申请（提交减持申请的受益人中不包括中国平安人寿保险股份有限公司），计划通过集中竞价方式减持所持公司股份不超过9186.68万股（占公司总股本比例不超过0.19%）。
