三孚股份：年产500吨电子级四氯化硅等项目处于试生产状态
证券时报e公司讯，三孚股份(603938)6月25日在互动平台表示，公司年产500吨电子级四氯化硅及原年产500吨电子级二氯二氢硅项目充装排扩容项目已按既定规划基本建设完成，处于试生产状态，公司积极办理试生产后验收手续。
