吉视传媒：拟与控股股东进行资产置换
证券时报e公司讯，吉视传媒(601929)6月30日晚间公告，公司拟与控股股东吉林广播电视台进行资产置换，置出资产为公司持有的三亚樾城投资有限公司100%股权，置入资产为控股股东吉林广播电视台下属的IPTV相关资产；根据初步测算，本次交易拟置入和置出资产作价均为7亿元左右，差额部分由现金补足；本次交易可使公司剥离非主业低效资产，提升资产运营效率；注入IPTV优质资产，推动公司业务全面聚焦升级等。
