禾盛新材：股东拟减持不超1%公司股份
证券时报e公司讯，禾盛新材(002290)7月12日晚间公告，持股5.70%的股东上海烜鼎私募基金管理有限公司（原上海烜鼎资产管理有限公司）-烜鼎金麒麟五号私募证券投资基金计划十五个交易日后的三个月内，通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过248.11万股（即不超过公司总股本的1.00%）。
