证券时报e公司讯，企查查APP显示，近日，安徽拓维云创信息科技有限责任公司成立，注册资本1000万元，经营范围包含：人工智能行业应用系统集成服务；人工智能应用软件开发；人工智能公共数据平台等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由拓维信息(002261)全资持股。
