晶合集成：成功生产半导体光刻掩模版 预计将于2024年第四季度正式量产
证券时报e公司讯，晶合集成(688249)7月22日晚间公告，近日公司成功生产出首片半导体光刻掩模版，预计将于2024年第四季度正式量产。量产后，晶合集成将陆续提供28nm至150nm制程的光刻掩模版服务，服务范围包括光刻掩模版设计、制造、测试及认证等，未来有望为客户提供4万片/年的产能支持。
