阳谷华泰：拟5000万元—1亿元回购股份 用于注销
证券时报e公司讯，阳谷华泰(300121)8月8日晚间公告，拟5000万元—1亿元回购公司股份，用于注销并减少注册资本，回购价格不超过11.5元/股（含）。阳谷华泰同时披露半年报，上半年实现净利润1.39亿元，同比下降33.71%。公司拟每10股派发现金红利0.5元（含税）。
