财联社8月15日电，近日，中国科学院金属研究所通过使用石墨烯等材料，发明了一种“受激发射”新型热载流子生成机制，并构建了“热发射极”晶体管，得到了一种既可以降低功耗又具有“负电阻”功能的晶体管，有望用于设计集成度更高、功能更丰富的集成电路，研究成果8月15日在国际学术期刊《自然》上发表。
