明新旭腾：子公司收到生态环境局行政处罚决定书
证券时报e公司讯，明新旭腾(605068)8月21日晚间公告，近日，公司全资子公司江苏梅诺卡及其全资子公司旭腾研究院、休伦新材分别收到徐州市生态环境局下发的《行政处罚决定书》，总罚款额45.4万元。上述处罚不会对公司经营业绩造成重大影响，目前公司及子公司生产经营情况正常。
