海南高速：全资子公司受让海南路桥工程检测公司51%股权
证券时报e公司讯，海南高速(000886)8月27日晚间公告，为加快公司回归交通主业，提升公路工程建设施工质量，公司全资子公司海南高速公路工程建设集团有限公司与海南省路桥投资建设集团有限公司全资子公司海南公路工程有限公司（简称“公路工程公司”）签署《股权转让协议》，以4073.421万元受让公路工程公司持有的海南路桥工程检测有限公司（简称“检测公司”）51%股权。交易完成后，检测公司纳入公司合并报表范围。
