安博通：与江原科技签订战略合作协议书
证券时报e公司讯，安博通(688168)9月1日晚间公告，公司与江原创芯科技（厦门）有限公司（简称“江原科技”）近日签订了战略合作协议书，双方愿意就算力软硬件和服务、AI算力安全领域进行全方位、多层次、长期稳固的合作。公司拟通过其自己及/或其关联方、合作伙伴对江原科技进行战略投资。2024年10月31日前，前述主体可按照届时江原科技的估值向江原科技投资1亿元。
