蓝科高新：中国能源拟被动减持公司不超1%股份
证券时报e公司讯，蓝科高新(601798)9月1日晚间公告，公司持股6.81%的股东中国能源工程集团有限公司（简称“中国能源”）被张家港市人民法院拟通过集中竞价交易方式减持不超过公司总股本1%的股份，即不超过354.5万股。
