证券时报e公司讯，*ST文投(600715)9月23日晚间公告，公司原实控人北京市国有文化资产管理中心（简称“北京市文资中心”）将其持有的北京市文化投资发展集团有限责任公司100%股权划转至北京市国资委；本次权益变动后，公司控股股东保持不变，公司实控人将由北京市文资中心变更为北京市国资委。
