今年港股已有13宗私有化退市
中国中药因未能获得境外直接投资批准和反垄断批准，导致私有化计划失败，股价昨日暴跌35%。国药集团作为控股股东，持股32.46%，此前已有三次私有化传闻。2024年港股市场已有13宗私有化退市案例，主要原因包括估值低、流动性差、融资功能受限等。
