山子高科成立新公司 含汽车零部件业务
证券时报e公司讯，企查查APP显示，近日，浙江山子超影科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为贾丽平，注册资本1000万元，经营范围包含新能源汽车换电设施销售；新能源汽车生产测试设备销售；汽车零部件研发；电动汽车充电基础设施运营等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由山子高科间接全资持股。
