中闽能源：拟4.22亿元设立全资子公司
证券时报e公司讯，中闽能源(600163)12月4日晚间公告，为加快推动中闽北岸400MW渔光互补光伏电站项目的投资开发，公司拟出资4.22亿元在莆田市北岸经济开发区设立全资子公司，作为该项目的投资主体。
