英国实施全面网络安全法 科技巨头面临新监管要求
英国于2024年12月16日正式实施了全面的网络安全法，要求科技平台采取更多措施打击在线非法内容，并对科技巨头施加了“注意义务”，确保对平台上的有害内容负责。英国通信办公室（Ofcom）发布了科技公司行为准则和指南，要求科技平台在三个月内使其平台符合规则，否则可能面临巨额罚款。
