联创光电：签署终止收购联创超导股权相关协议书
证券时报e公司讯，联创光电(600363)12月19日晚间公告，基于谨慎性原则，公司决定终止收购江西联创光电超导应用有限公司（简称“联创超导”）股权相关事项。12月19日，交易各方经协商，一致同意签署《合同终止协议书》。终止此次收购事项不会对公司生产经营造成不利影响。
