天力锂能：全资子公司拟出售锂电池正极材料项目资产
证券时报e公司讯，天力锂能(301152)1月3日晚间公告，近日，公司全资子公司安徽天力锂能有限公司（简称“安徽天力”）与淮北高新产业投资发展有限公司签署《资产收购合同书》，约定由淮北高新产业投资发展有限公司收购安徽天力锂电池正极材料项目资产，合同金额为5566.3万元。
