河南：继续实施消费品以旧换新政策 将手机、平板、智能手表手环等纳入支持范围
河南省人民政府办公厅近日印发《推动2025年第一季度经济“开门红”若干政策措施》，其中提及，继续实施消费品以旧换新政策，将手机、平板、智能手表手环等纳入支持范围，全面迭代升级线上申报程序，优化资金补贴审批发放流程，将“以旧换新”工作从申请审核到资金发放全流程时间控制在20个工作日以内，2025年第一季度开展各级各类促消费活动500场以上。
