国轩高科投资成立新能源电池公司
证券时报e公司讯，企查查APP显示，近日，柳州国轩新能源电池有限公司成立，法定代表人为蔡娅囡，注册资本2亿元，经营范围含电池制造、电池零配件生产、新能源原动设备制造、新能源原动设备销售等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由国轩高科旗下合肥国轩高科动力能源有限公司全资持股。
