龙元建设：2024年净利润预计亏损4亿元至6亿元
证券时报e公司讯，龙元建设(600491)1月17日晚间公告，预计2024年度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润约为-4亿元至-6亿元，上年同期为-13.11亿元。业绩预亏的主要原因系受到宏观经济环境、行业环境等因素的影响，2024年公司新增订单量尚未恢复，营业收入同比未有显著变化，期间费用虽同比有所下降但仍维持一定规模，同时由于收款不及预期计提相应资产减值，综上公司2024年度公司仍处于亏损状态，但同比大幅减亏。
