OSL集团(00863.HK)发布公告，有关收购日本持牌加密资产交易平台Coin Best株式会社，股份购买协议项下的先决条件已获达成，且收购事项已于2025年1月17日完成。完成收购事项后，Coin Best株式会社成为公司的间接附属公司。
