天娱数科：未与DeepSeek签署服务合作协议 也没有业务合作
证券时报e公司讯，天娱数科(002354)2月6日晚间披露股票交易异动公告称，公司注意到一些平台将公司股票纳入DeepSeek概念股，公司就相关事项说明如下：公司移动应用分发平台爱思助手为移动应用市场与手机管理工具，为DeepSeek的APP提供下载渠道，但公司未与DeepSeek签署服务合作协议，与其没有业务合作，上述事项未对公司业绩产生影响。
