正威新材(002201)2月21日晚间公告，公司变更公司名称、证券简称的申请已经深圳证券交易所审核无异议。自2025年2月24日起，公司中文证券简称由“正威新材”变更为“九鼎新材”，公司证券代码“002201”保持不变。
