富瀚微(300613)2月21日晚间公告，持股7.15%的股东上海朗瀚企业管理有限公司（简称“朗瀚公司”）计划15个交易日后的3个月内，通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过459.7万股（占公司总股本的2%）。
