中科通达：拟购买星和北海100%股权 股票3月10日起停牌
人民财讯3月7日电，中科通达(688038)3月7日晚间公告，公司因筹划发行股份及支付现金购买星和动力(北海)科技有限公司（简称“星和北海”）100%股权并募集配套资金事项，公司股票自2025年3月10日起停牌，预计停牌时间不超过5个交易日。本次交易预计构成重大资产重组。
