中青宝(300052.SZ)公告称，公司于2025年3月14日收到深圳证监局下发的《行政处罚事先告知书》，根据告知书认定的情况，公司披露的2019年至2021年年度报告存在虚假记载。
根据相关规定，公司股票交易将被实施其他风险警示，股票简称由“中青宝”变更为“ST中青宝”，股票代码仍为“300052”，日涨跌幅限制仍为20%。公司股票自2025年3月17日开市起停牌1天，自3月18日起复牌。
