昇兴股份：拟设立南子公司投建两片罐制罐生产线项目
人民财讯3月17日电，昇兴股份(002752)3月17日晚间公告，公司全资子公司香港昇兴拟在越南设立全资子公司“昇兴（越南）包装有限公司（暂定名）”作为实施主体并投建两片罐制罐生产线项目，项目总投资约5538万美元（不含铺底流动资金）。上述项目是公司实施国际化战略规划的重要举措。
