人民财讯3月18日电，西部创业(000557)3月18日晚间公告，公司全资子公司宁东铁路计划投资9584万元，用于更新改造综合调度指挥系统，项目计划总工期1年。另外，宁东铁路计划实施2025年无缝线路更换项目，项目投资估算1.28亿元，项目计划工期11个月。
