大豪科技：董事长韩松因工作调动辞任
人民财讯3月18日电，大豪科技(603025)3月18日晚间公告，韩松因工作调动申请辞去公司董事长、董事会战略委员会与董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。辞任后，韩松不再担任公司法定代表人，也不在公司担任任何职务。公司董事会审议通过议案，由全体董事共同推选董事贺群代行董事长职责至新任董事长就任之日止。
