中电港：国家集成电路基金、国风投基金拟分别减持公司不超3%股份
人民财讯3月21日电，中电港(001287)3月21日晚间公告，公司持股10.37%的股东国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司（简称“国家集成电路基金”）以及持股6.92%的中国国有资本风险投资基金股份有限公司（简称“国风投基金”）计划通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式，分别减持公司不超过2279.7万股股份（占公司总股本的3%）。
