阿里巴巴集团董事会主席蔡崇信在香港举行的汇丰全球投资峰会上表示，开始看到人工智能(AI)数据中心建设出现泡沫苗头。美国的许多数据中心投资公告都是“重复”或相互重叠的。阿里巴巴的员工数量触底，将“重新启动并重新招聘”。公司将通过股息为股东提供合理回报。
