知行科技成立艾摩星机器人公司
人民财讯3月25日电，企查查APP显示，近日，艾摩星机器人（苏州）有限公司成立，法定代表人为宋阳，注册资本1000万元，经营范围包括数字技术服务、智能机器人的研发、工业机器人销售、特殊作业机器人制造等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由知行科技（01274.HK）全资持股。
