3月27日早间，绿城中国公告称，张亚东因工作安排辞任执行董事及董事会主席，其提交的辞呈日期为2025年3月21日。公开信息显示，张亚东2018年加入绿城中国，2019年7月出任董事会主席。与此同时，董事会决议，自2025年3月26日起，刘成云委任为董事会主席。
