湖南发展：拟购买铜湾水电90%股权等资产 股票明起复牌
人民财讯4月1日电，湖南发展(000722)4月1日晚间公告，公司拟以发行股份及支付现金的方式购买湘投能源持有的铜湾水电90%股权、清水塘水电90%股权、筱溪水电95%股权、高滩水电85%股权。同时公司拟向不超过35名符合条件的特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。公司股票将于2025年04月02日（星期三）开市时起复牌。
