达嘉维康：终止向特定对象发行股票事项
人民财讯4月3日电，达嘉维康(301126)4月3日晚间公告，公司2024年4月15日召开2024年第三次临时股东大会，审议通过了向特定对象发行股票事项。公司综合考虑当前资本市场环境等因素，决定终止本次向特定对象发行股票事项，并主动向深圳证券交易所申请撤回相关申请文件。
