辽宁检察机关依法对刘小威涉嫌受贿、利用影响力受贿案提起公诉
人民财讯4月10日电，据最高检微博，日前，广州海关原党委委员、副关长刘小威（副厅级）涉嫌受贿罪、利用影响力受贿罪一案，经辽宁省人民检察院指定管辖，由大连市人民检察院依法向大连市中级人民法院提起公诉。案件正在进一步办理中。
