华工科技：拟3亿元至4亿元回购公司股份
人民财讯4月16日电，华工科技(000988)4月16日晚间公告，公司拟以3亿元至4亿元回购公司发行的部分股份，用于实施员工持股计划或股权激励，回购股份价格不超过62.8元/股。截至目前，公司已经取得民生银行武汉分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，承诺向公司提供股票回购贷款，贷款比例不高于股票回购金额的90%，贷款期限不超过3年。
