4月17日晚间，同程旅行发布公告称，已与万达酒店发展就收购其全资子公司万达酒店管理（香港）有限公司100%股权事宜达成协议，交易对价约为人民币24.9亿元，估值倍数相当于其2023年度经调整EBITDA的9.5倍。万达酒店管理公司为万达酒店发展旗下的轻资产板块，2024年溢利净额（除税前）为8.9亿港元。（ 林心林）
