人民财讯4月21日电，中国交建(601800)4月21日晚间公告，公司收到董事长王彤宙《关于提议中国交建回购公司部分A股股份的函》；并于同日收到控股股东中国交通建设集团有限公司（简称中交集团）《关于增持中国交建股份的函》。中国交建计划5亿元—10亿元回购公司A股股份，中交集团计划2.5亿元—5亿元增持中国交建H股股份。
