人民财讯4月21日电，拓斯达(300607)4月21日晚间公告，公司拟以债权转股权（简称“债转股”）方式对江苏润阳新能源科技股份有限公司（简称“润阳股份”）进行增资，转股债权总额为7000万元。增资完成后，公司持有目标公司股份数额为393.75万股，占转股后目标公司总股本的0.7731%。
