人民财讯4月23日电，湖南海利(600731)4月23日晚间公告，公司拟回购股份用于实施股权激励计划，回购数量为838万股—1676万股，占公司总股本的比例1.5%—3%。预计拟用于回购的资金总额不超过1.62亿元。回购价格不超过9.64元/股。
