深科达：拟4737.6万元收购控股子线马科技16.92%股权
人民财讯4月27日电，深科达(688328)4月27日晚间公告，公司拟以4737.60万元收购控股子公司深圳线马科技有限公司（简称“线马科技”）少数股东周尔清所持16.92%的股权。本次交易完成后，公司将持有线马科技80.92%股权。
