振华重工：拟5000万元—1亿元回购股份
人民财讯4月27日电，振华重工(600320)公告，公司拟以5000万元—1亿元回购股份，用于注销并减少公司注册资本。回购价格不超过6.93元/股。振华重工同日公告，公司及子公司振华香港拟通过集合竞价或大宗交易方式，出售不超过1.23亿股中国通号股票和不超过840.18万股华伍股份股票。
