赛力斯提交赴港上市申请书
人民财讯4月28日电，港交所文件显示，4月28日赛力斯向港交所递交主板上市申请，拟赴港IPO，中金公司、中国银河国际证券为联席保荐人。招股书显示，赛力斯是以新能源汽车为核心业务的技术科技型企业，主要业务涉及新能源汽车及核心三电等产品的研发、制造、销售及服务。
