中旗新材：拟1亿元—1.5亿元回购公司股份
人民财讯4月29日电，中旗新材(001212)4月29日晚间公告，拟1亿元—1.5亿元回购公司股份，用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购价格不超过71.805元/股。公司已取得金融机构出具的《贷款承诺书》，承诺为公司提供不超过1.35亿元额度的股票回购专项贷款。
