美年健康：杭州信投拟减持公司不超3%股份
人民财讯5月5日电，美年健康(002044)5月5日晚间公告，持股5.01%的股东杭州信投信息技术有限公司（简称“杭州信投”）拟15个交易日后的三个月内，以集中竞价及/或大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过1.17亿股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
