人民财讯5月13日电，威胜信息(688100)5月13日晚间公告，因自身资金需求，持有6.66%股份的股东邹启明拟通过集中竞价交易、大宗交易的方式合计减持公司股份数量不超过600万股，自减持计划发布之日起15个交易日之后的3个月内实施，合计减持比例不超过公司总股本的1.22%。
